Founder and Principal Consultant

Lauren is a seasoned business professional with a strong foundation in Business Management and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL. A Green Belt Six Sigma certification further enhances her expertise in process improvement and efficiency. Having lived in Estero for over 20 years, Lauren has deep roots in the local community, and she is passionate about supporting small businesses in the area and beyond.

With a diverse career that spans roles such as Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, Business Manager, and Practice Manager for a major veterinary practice of 40 employees, Lauren brings extensive experience in business operations, financial management, and team leadership. Her unique combination of hands-on experience and business acumen allows her to offer tailored solutions that help businesses not only improve their financial health but also foster a positive and efficient internal culture.

Lauren's passion lies in helping small businesses thrive by providing not just financial guidance, but also strategic insight into creating a well-rounded and sustainable business model. Whether it's streamlining processes, improving profitability, or enhancing workplace dynamics, Lauren is dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve long-term success.

Outside of her professional work, Lauren enjoys watching chick flicks, crafting, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Riley, an 8 year-old Black Mouth Cur mix who is a complete diva.
